Data protection

Privacy policy

Last updated: June 2026

This policy explains which personal data Wisova processes via the wisova.ch website, for what purpose and what your rights are, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

1.Data controller

The data controller is Wisova, a project currently being incorporated, run from Bulle (canton of Fribourg, Switzerland). For any question about your data, write to us via our contact form.

2.Data we process

Contact form: name, email address, subject and the content of your message. Waitlist: your email address and the relevant product. Technical data: to keep the site secure, our server temporarily processes connection data (IP address, timestamp), in particular to limit automated submissions. We use no advertising cookies or profiling trackers.

3.Purposes

Your data is used only to respond to your requests, to notify you of our products' launch if you join the waitlist, and to protect the site against abuse and automated submissions.

4.Legal basis

Processing is based on your voluntary action (sending the form, signing up) and on our legitimate interest in replying to you, securing the site and developing our business, in accordance with the FADP.

5.Processors and recipients

Your data is neither sold nor disclosed for commercial purposes. To operate, the site relies on service providers: emails are sent by Resend; the form's anti-bot protection is handled by hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc.). These providers may process certain technical data, where applicable outside Switzerland; we limit the data transmitted to the strict minimum.

6.Hosting and location

The site and the associated data are hosted in Switzerland (Infomaniak). Apart from the providers mentioned above, no data is transferred outside Switzerland.

7.Retention period

We keep your messages for as long as necessary to handle your request, then archive or delete them. Waitlist addresses are kept until the relevant product launches or until you unsubscribe. Technical security data is kept for a short period.

8.Your rights

In accordance with the FADP, you have the right to access, rectify, delete and object to the processing of your data. To exercise them, contact us via our contact form. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

9.Cookies

The site uses only technical cookies necessary for its proper functioning and, where applicable, anonymised audience measurement. No advertising cookie is placed without your consent.

10.Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures — encrypted exchanges (HTTPS), rate limiting, anti-bot verification and Swiss hosting — to protect your data against unauthorised access.

11.Changes

This policy may be updated to reflect the evolution of our products or the legal framework. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
